I was lucky that my parents took me on vacations to the mountains, lakes, and beaches when I was a kid.
I just came back from the mountains where I breathed fresh air, deeply into my lungs, in the bright sun that set the snow off in a beautiful sparkle. I tried to be soberly present…but….
But… I took it all for granted. I have forgotten how much Mother Nature can feed me until I stumbled on this quote.
